CLOTHES CLOSET

The LISD Council of PTAs Clothes Closet is operated by friendly, helpful LISD PTA volunteers, like you. Cypress Elementary school is scheduled to volunteer four dates during the school year. Please review the schedule below and select a time you can help volunteer. You DO NOT have to be an approved volunteer for this event since it is not on school property.

The purpose of the Clothes Closet is to provide gently worn, clean, school clothing as well as brand new underwear and socks, to students in need ages 4 through 18 or pre-K through high school. The only qualification for families to shop at the Clothes Closet is that their student attends an LISD school. Each family needs to obtain one voucher per child from the school nurse.

The PTA Clothes Closet is located in a portable building near 300 S. West Drive in Leander, TX 78641 across from the LISD Technology Center, just north of Leander Middle School. Volunteers will check in there for the scheduled shift.
